52 Weeks to a Better Me. Getting better all the time. Monday, April 1, 2013. A Kick and a Reminder. If all had gone well with my first pregnancy, yesterday would have been my due date. It is likely that by now, or within this week, Jeremy and I would have welcomed a baby into our home. But, all did not. It is the one we got. And it is happy and colorful and perfect.

Every Day Is Another Dumb Adventure.

I am in Vegas right now so that would be a very bad thing. However, I have another big surprise. While I have been happily blogging over here, I have actually been working behind the scenes are re-doing my Maple and Mud. Blog Yup, remember that other blog that I own and have neglected? I really wanted to update things and to create a blog that really expressed what I was blogging about and what I plan on blogging about in the future. And I LOVE it! So, stop on.

It Rubs The Ointment On Its Skin.

Time to lose the extra weight, gain the confidence, and bring back the Becky that we used to know and love. I have a lot on my plate! But the good news is that I am being active and am also counting calories. I am down 5 lbs from my highest weight. I am happy about that! Yesterday at the pa.

On the off-chance a handful of people still read this, I thought it was worth writing a goodbye post. I look back and can read about backpacking.

It has been almost two years since I have posted on this blog. I do telephone triage for hospice, which means I take calls from patients and families and help them over the phone with all kinds of issues. That post inspired me to write this post.
